The THQ Humble Bundle is not called "THQ Collection". If he called it that and then refused to reverse the deal after it turned out you got the wrong thing then he scammed you. If you kept screenshots and evidence of the deal you should report him on steamrep.com and he will probably get tagged for it.
If he didn't call it "THQ Collection" or otherwise explained specifically what games were included then it's you own fault for not paying attention.

I don't understand one thing. If you thought that his "game" was a gift, why do you gave him you game before receiving his?
because when u trade gifts for keys only one person can go first so seemling he had more because he had no neg and I had 3 and he only had 5 less plus I went first its just how u trade

u were right but then I was like okay key than he said humble bundle what is not the same thing as thq collection it is called the thq humble bundle it has less games but a soundtrack and is only a few dollars to buy
Without screenshots etc. it is hard to tell what actually happened, but from what I have seen it was a misunderstanding on your part. If you thought you were getting a giftable copy of the THQ collection, then you both would have traded in the same window. However you knew it was a key, and should not have gone first without making sure it was for the whole collection and not just the Humble Bundle. I don't even think the THQ collection comes in key form, I am sure you can only buy that bundle through steam store. It was neither persons fault, these things happen, he didn't try to scam you, you just misunderstood what he was offering. However, the gentlemanly thing to do in that situation is to return the gift you sent, but as you had already seen the key for the THQHB, he was within his right to refuse because you could still use that key.

if he said thq humble bundle then don't u think then I will be in the wrong and in fact I don't know how people get keys basely he promised me that game but gave me something different if u say I was in the wrong again then ill believe u just saying this fact to see if it makes any diffrence
I never said you where in the wrong, just it seems you may have misunderstood the trade. The HB that he traded is known as HB THQ Collection, you can also get the THQ collection in key form through GamersGate, except some of the games are not redeemable through Steam. The only place you can purchase the full THQ Collection where all games are activated through Steam, is the Steam Store. Which would make it a gift, not a key. Again no one was in the wrong, it was just a misunderstanding. Honestly, if you had come here and posted this 4 months ago, we may have been able to help more (maybe). But 4 months is a long time to do anything about it, one has to wonder why has it taken so long for you to do anything about it?

So you did post neg rep 4 months ago? Again I will say, I would swing more to you misunderstanding than anything else. I am not saying it is your fault, but if you knew his was a key, you should have made him go first. Keys always go before gifts, if he refused, then find the trade elsewhere (not that it helps you now, but for future trades, always do it this way). The fact you can not get the 'Steam Store' THQ Bundle anywhere else other than Steam means a key version of it is impossible. Again, he should have given the game you traded back, but if you misunderstood the trade (which I think you did) then he wouldn't have to give it back, it is just the gentlemanly thing to do. I suggest you try and talk to him. See if he has any of the chats logged on his PC, if he does, link them here so we can see what actually happened. Another option is, do you still have the thread he used to offer you it? Go into your replies and see if you have one from him. If you do link us to the thread.

If he doesn't have screenshots either, reporting you would be as pointless as reporting him. If he has screenshots, ask him to link them here, so everyone can share their opinion (and most likely it can be settled without reporting anyone).
if someone states it was a key but not a humble bundle key than is it fair u can ask for your game back, because I was doing a trade and he stated it was a key I did not see it because he posted 10 comments at the same time so I said yes and sent him the game and I thought it was a gift so I asked it back he said no so I re read his messages and he said it was key than I was like fine so he sent me humble bundle and I said that's not fair and asked my game back what turned in to a heated convo so he gave me bad rep and I gave him bad rep im just wondering whos in the right?
