At best, Blocks that Matter is worth a buck twenty five if it's tradable. I didn't see it in your inventory, so I'm guessing it's not? (might be mistaken on that, but idk). A few cards (say 3) would translate to ~50c or so. A key (assuming it is) would probly be worth about half the normal price, which is around 60c or so. (even if it's tradable it's probably worth a little less than it's current price likely). In other words, a 10c difference, or even half price difference, isn't a "charity" offer; it's a legitimate offer that's hardly even justifiable to call a lowball...
