no, unfortunatley he has unscathed rep on steamrep. As hes been able to get away with it before, so lets put a stop to guys like this.
Make a thread on the SteamRep forums, and have everybody who's been scammed contribute to the forum report.

Is it possible to get a transcript of ones steam im convo after you have closed it out? Just curious; seems like an oversight on Valve's part, or maybe intentional so that people can't manipulate them ;p
Thats a good question, I'd also like to know. Valves very clear that if you make a trade its your responsibility to ensure its fair and final, unless its revoked I believe. Still its a good idea to take plenty of screen shots.
