tl;dr I tell him that I can sell a few of the games that he's looking for, at the price that he wants to pay. He then tells me that it's too much money and then proceeds to completely ignore me.

I was going by his his prices, not mine. I normally don't care if someone changes their mind about a trade, but this guy doesn't even bother to say anything when he's no longer interested. Check the timestamps. I wasted my time and got the games ready for a trade because I was under the impression that he'd want them.
Inconsiderate and wishy-washy trader. I knew he would revenge rep but I felt it was worth it because he thinks it's okay to ignore you mid-trade once he changes his mind.
