He gave me neg feedback evene i never spoke to him. He provided the same prt scr as for people above with steam name lvl 3 which is clearly not mine.
Either it's trolling or bad joke.

Hey MisteHugh, I was just looking on Steamgift today and I saw a negative trade feedback from you, which is weird cause I never spoke to you. I looked at your screenshot, and it looks like someone used my name and profile pic to scam you. And the steamrep link doesn't match my steam ID, but obviously it matches the steam ID of the guy who impersonated me to scam you. Also on your screenshot, you can see on the profile of your scammer: recent activity - Dirt Rally....... I don't own that game...and also I'm not American, I'm French. So next time try to use steamrep/steamgift a little bit smarter before giving negative feedback and insulting people.

I have been impersonated and this person apparently got scammed by my impersonator.
As you can probably tell from this empty profile, he is either a scammer wanting to get back at me or the actual person who impersonated me to get back at me. If you look at the screens he provided on my feedback comment which I shall reproduce here, http://imgur.com/a/ABJvg. Not sure how long that link will last but we'll see.
Anyways, in the screens he provided, in the last one, you can see a sample of a game that that account has, DiRT Rally isn't even in my games list. I don't play racing games except maybe Audiosurf if you'd like to count that.
I'm sorry you got scammed but it wasn't me who scammed you. If you happen to see this and would like to change your feedback, I will gladly do the same for yours.
