Well, depends on your region i guess, but in any case i don't think there is any ROW steam store selling it for less than $8, which is what 4 keys cost when buying them via paypal.

Hi, price in keys is already listed in the table and for the most part is not influenced by any ongoing sales, since all of these are tradable gifts, that can't be bought any more to inventory.
If you are gamer simply looking to play, then just buy wherever you find it at cheapest, otherwise gifts are basically like collector items and more expensive.

Hi, the key types are already linked in my trade, please make sure to read all the notes. If you are buying them from steam, they won't be tradable for 1 week and you need mobile authenticator as well so you can trade them later away, otherwise there is 15 days trade hold, etc. There are key traders on this site as well that sell tradable cs:go or tf2 keys for paypal for much cheaper (~ $2) than they cost on steam.

Yes, i still got copy of Alice, as long as it's listed in my trade, it's available. Usually only 1-2 copies are in my inventory and i restock them as needed if i got more.

Yeah, it would be cheaper for you getting it in your store directly (if you can't wait on sale), since region-free copies are more expensive. (Gifts are now more expensive in any case, since 90% of them can't be bought to inventory any more)
But even for other guys from region-free stores, 12 keys is only worth if they can't wait on sale and are buying keys for paypal from key traders. (tf2/cs:go keys are more expensive on steam)

Prices are listed openly and upfront exactly for the reason so i don't need to argue with people about them, so either they work for you or not.
About your other point, if you are spending cash, then my price is not that much higher than the websites you mention. TF2 keys go for ~1.8 USD via paypal, but i understand that you don't want to go through hassle obtaining them, it's easier buying the game directly.
My deals work for those who either already own the keys (and would lose 15% wallet by selling on steam market) or are buying them via paypal. Buying keys via wallet is not worth it most of the times.

If you are interested in more than only a few specific DLCs and want bulk of them, then it's better to just get the Ultimate from the store.
Prices would be firm, sorry, i have tried to keep some DLCs as low as possible, but since i can't restock them and am already low on quantites, i didn't have much more room for improvement.

If AC III costs less than $14 in your store, then great, just buy there. Game costs 20 EUR in EU store so 7k are ok deal, especially for collectors who want tradable copies.
