I think you could misunderstand me: my offer is NOT a key they use to open cases, but a region-free retail key of CS: Global Offensive (the game itself). On top I could add 1-2 cheaper bundled games (like Sparkle Evo, Dustforce DX, etc). And sorry for double comment above, no idea how that happened.

In my opinion if the game itself is good to you and you have something to trade for it then it's absolutely no difference if it's gift or activation code or gift link or something else (but it just for me, it would be nice to read your thoughts about it).
Also feel free to write again if you will still need xcom 2 in future :-)
Steam Gifts are the safest (most visible items) for further trades, second best thing are Humble Bundle Gift Links -
usually the games of HB are rarely Region-locked, had to look it up XCOM 2 in the Monthly, was a exception.
(As for Activation Codes only good for immediate activation ... not for further trades, at least in my OP).
If i had a Victor Vran Gift for example i'd slap that crap on my steam profile and "shazam" -
more people would be interested to get it, sounds simple and sure is simple advertisement. :-D
XCOM 2 (RU-CIS) @ 3CSGO is a great offer, but i needed it only as Steam Gift for any trading purpose of sorts.
