I double checked and compared your links and I think it was the scammer. Luckily, I didn't make any trades with them. Also, does this site have mods for something like this? I'm also a bit surprised Steam didn't notice either on their site.
Don't worry, there are mods here supervising every each trades. Since you are new, just a reminder, did you install Enhanced Steam? It is browser add-on/extension which safely helps you in identifying scammer. Though not by one click but at least there are ways.
Great! I have Enhanced Steam installed on chrome although I usually use Microsoft Edge which Enhanced Steam is not yet released. I try to remember to pull up chrome to check for scammers.
Oh, sorry to bother you. I was wondering. How do you cross out/make a line through a word on steamtrades? You know, like you did with the games you gave away already?

Somebody is trying to impersonate me. Beware of scammer. Have no idea why people is impersonating me though I have just 100+ reps. My real steam id is TANKIENMUN and instead the one who is impersonating me is TANKIENRNUN where it should be "tankienrnun" in small letter. Quite similar to my "tankienmun". He even uses same profile picture as mine. So beware of scam.
