In general, I'm mostly interested just in games on my want list or funds to get them, but particularly for Rise considering it is a version with all DLC when the majority of copies here are a version that only contains the base game from HB. Maybe in long lists of games I'd find something but also unlikely.

After doing a bit of research to update myself on supply and demand for War for the Overworld, I have recalibrated what I'd want for this on my priced thread. While I'd probably trade it for this amount to someone who would at least activate it for themselves, looking at your past trades I don't get that impression from you. I feel obligated to first say if you are only interested in the base game, then you'd be better off trading with someone else.
Last time I considered how much I wanted for my Platinum Edition key I decided that I wanted 17 TF2, which for the sale price at the time [probably the same or 5% worse sale than the current sale] and normal tf2 prices was effectively me eating the fees of selling the tf2 for wallet to purchase it in the US marketplace.
If this is not agreeable to you, I will do a deeper investigation tomorrow or the next day to see how much lower I'd be ok going. I'll also consider a reasonable counter.

I will first say, at least this offer is much fairer "profit" margin that other offers I have seen.
While maybe this would be worthy of consideration when the games are not on sale, this doesn't work as well currently as I could likely trade one of the games that you want alone for enough TF2 immediately to sell for steam wallet / paypal to purchase myself on store fronts if I was in a rush to get the games. But I'm patient enough to attempt to wait for a better amount on both ends [albeit, on the side of "waiting for a better sale" for Tales/Ni no]
Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition: This is $10 currently which is about 5 TF2 after steam tax. I'm easily seeing a few others who would give at least 5 TF2 immediately for Metro Exodus, but on top of that if I wanted to accept that I would have already traded with those people. Valkyria Chronicles 4 Complete on top of that is at least 2 TF2.
Ni No Kuni Wrath of The Withe Witch Remastered: I'm seeing it at $10 on indiegala and gamebillet, albeit probably being closer to 6 TF2 to get that in paypal where similar logic gets applied to F1 2020 alone with Frostpunk netting a similar "profit".
The main thing I have is a drive to play games. I have fully completed over 120 games out of around 410 owned, closer to 140 including games without achievements, as well as many more that I have beaten but not completed. If you do a game for game trade with me, you can be sure I will [eventually] play it.
