Something here for Xenonauts?
https://www.steamtrades.com/trade/hwUCV/h-games-gta-iii-vice-city-life-is-strange-tomb-raider-2013-w-turn-based-games-offers
I'm interested in your Passpartout, but I couldn't trade Xeno just for it. Thank you anyway.
Somethings from my list https://www.steamtrades.com/trade/6VcEN/h-overgrowth-life-is-strange-complete-season-episodes-1-5owlboyplus-more
for Xenonauts and The Fall of the Dungeon Guardians - Enhanced Edition
I would be interested in Cupheads (obviously), but my guess is that you bought it all full price, and would not want to trade it for a bundled game.
Hi. 1 TF2 key + something of this (games below) for your Mafia 3?
Games:
Hey, I sent you an offer over on one of your other threads. I was hoping we could make a deal that included your Starbound for my Mafia + somthing.
A lot unfortunately, as I paid over 6 keys for it a long time ago... :)
Possibly all of those + Holy Potatoes! We're in Space?!, or some combination of games and CSGO keys (do feel free to make an offer).
I'm afraid our prices are too far apart. I am only slightly interested The Forrest, and it would most likely just sit in my inventory unplayed :/
Thank you anyway for your offer :D
Np, I understand.
Thanks for your time in any case and best of luck with your trades! :)

Haha, your joking right? God Eater is worth at least 5 times more than Passpartout.
I would be willing to trade GE2 you offered some more games and/or CS:GO keys in addition to The Starving Artist.
EDIT: Np, best of luck with your future trades, Buschinstein.
The game is currently in a dollar bundle, plus I already have it. Thanks anyway.
Hey! Anything for God Eater 2? (except Dark Souls III)
https://www.steamtrades.com/trade/wUEhM/h-dark-souls-iii-mafia-3-last-day-of-june-deus-ex-mankind-overgrowth-w-offers

Passpartout: The Starving Artist (key) for your God Eater 2 (gift link).
Lol, you offered the same thing last week, and you deleted your comment after I made light of how unfair that deal is.
I will just copy and paste what I told you then:
"Haha, your joking right? God Eater is worth at least 5 times more than Passpartout.

Hey buddy,
Please, take a look here if something interest you:
https://www.steamtrades.com/trade/VXUOl/h-humble-keys-w-some-hb-lost-and-my-wishlist
I'd like these:
Domina
I couldn't. According to G2A prices, Domina is listed at $1.99, while Ziggurat and Wasted are at 1.12 and 0.75, respectively. With my game being worth 1.99, and your 2 games at 1.87, we are pretty close to an even value. Me adding another game to the trade would have me over paying by quite a bit
You only forgot that Domina now is $1 on the HB, so this value of G2A isn't so true actually right now.
If we consider the $1 value, I would over paying
Games sold on G2A ALWAYS have a markup above their true worth (Because of the hefty fines G2A takes from the sellers profit) , that's why you don't use it to find the exact monetary value of games (or compare it to how much it's being sold on Humble).
Instead, you compare the prices for games found on the site, because the markup is generally the same between them.
(Also, don't for get that Ziggurat was also in a dollar bundle, and is not as popular as Domina)
Why do you not use official Steam prices as a reference and to compare? Why G2A if that also does not take into account special downmarked prices and sales such as bundles etc.? Is not the true mathematical worth its purchase price, especially if it is currently available at that price ($0.33US for one game in a three game $1 tier dollar bundle)?
I'll go ahead and address each of you points individually:
Why do you not use official Steam prices as a reference and to compare?
Because Steam is not the only place that sells games. It would be like saying that if Walmart is selling a loaf of white bread for 7$, than all white bread is worth 7 dollars, everywhere. That wouldn't make any sense, because we know that you can buy bread for much cheaper at dozens of other grocery stores. The same goes for games.
Why G2A if that also does not take into account special downmarked prices and sales such as bundles etc.?
G2A DOES take into account special downmarked prices and sales such as bundles, unlike other websites that sell games.. If cheaper copies of a game become available ( Due to Giveaways, Bundles, Sales, ect.) then the price of that game will go down overall on G2A, due to sellers trying to remain competitive.
Is not the true mathematical worth its purchase price, especially if it is currently available at that price ($0.33US for one game in a three game $1 tier dollar bundle)?
Like I told DrigoRJ, Hardly anyone on this site uses G2A to find actual monetary value. Almost all games are over priced there. That's why we instead use the site to COMPARE the price of 2 or more games to each other to find an even value, since all the games are marked up to about the same extent as everything else on G2A.
Thank you for the time to answer which is very much appreciated.
However, it still does not seem quite right. Here is my opinion on it.
Sometimes it takes a time for the bundle glut to come through and reflect the pricing. If you compare games before that, the picture is distorted. In fact, one does not need this. In the case of Domina for example, any price for such game must be $0.33 or below as otherwise one could just buy the bundle and going through the G2a BS and receiving a stolen key would not be worth the risk.
Other websites sell it cheaper. Recently other websites sold Arma 2, Psychonauts, Majesty 2 Collection, Rollercoaster Tycoon Deluxe etc. for $0.02 while G2A was much higher priced. Would it not make more sense to use the lowest price as negotiation starting point? Or at least an official, legitimate source which would then bring us back to Steam, Humble Store, GOG, Fanatical etc.
What I find with many sellers on the sites and some traders on game trading sites - they change their methods of valuation depending on which is the most advantageous to them and that, to me I am afraid to say, reeks of dodginess and shiftiness which for a long term business relationship is not useful. I buy certain things from the same sellers even if it is 5% more if I know here is not trying to rip me off or try a dodgy on me and I can rely on him - this does include buying games and software.
Technically, no one here should make any profit (that includes Paypal, CS:Go keys etc.) as reselling keys obtained from a charity and which were given by companies for a charitable purpose only is (a) morally bad , and (b) infringes various terms and conditions exposing one to a ban (yes, it does not happen very often but it does happen). Plus long term it could lead to companies not providing decent games for bundles anymore and then everybody loses due to the BS of a few.
Anyway, you have a Happy Easter, and thank you again for taking the time to answer. It really is very much appreciated.
Yea, I'm not sure about all that. All I know is that, from the time I first started using Steam Trades, virtually every trader I have run into has used G2A to determine equal value. And, it seems to be working pretty well for everyone as well. So, as grateful as I am for the points you have made, I will be sticking with the G2A method until I start to see a dramatic shift in the way things are collectively done on SteamGifts.
Happy Easter too you as well!
Sure, and I know that is the case. However, given G2A's shadiness and problems with stolen credit cards and keys, using G2A as the only reference is saying to someone who wants to buy a TV that the TV is available for less or more when buying from the man who has all the stuff fallen off of the back of a lorry.
And my mum always says: just because billions of creatures love to eat shit, it does not mean that it tastes good and is the right thing to do. I think she is right.
Have a Happy Easter and some lovely days off work or uni.
"they change their methods of valuation depending on which is the most advantageous to them"
You are ABSOLUTELLY right!!
While I was negotianting with Waffle, I was negotiating with other guy and when I commented about G2A with the other, he said that G2A didn't care and more else. But Waffle here created a miraculous theory to explain his thinking and I prefered only ignorate and forget instead of wasting my time.
Everybody who uses G2A as price reference forgets one simple thing, namely that the prices can be manipulated down very easily so really they are worthless as a reference. One seller only needs to offer it at a low price and boom the price is down and according to the G2A devotees so is the value of the game. So, maybe in the future one should do that to show the G2A devotees proof that Steam is the better reference.
Yes, you are completely right. But people use what they want to justify their choices and there's nothing that we can do besides forget those.
Well, if I bothered enough I could put the price of the game down on G2A, then trade, and then put the price back up. But way too much work. I can earn a lot more money just working that amount of time.
hello something here https://www.steamtrades.com/trade/gENlP/humble-montly for dead rising 4
Hi there, anything from my games (you can choose multiple) for your Outlast 2? https://www.steamtrades.com/trade/zxSAk/h-tacoma-tomb-raider-w-offer
hey. i want outlast 2 and kerbal space program and i see you have one or both to spare. please have a look at this short list of my spare humble bundle giftlinks for something you would like in exchange.
https://www.steamtrades.com/trade/9Hnhu/trading-games-for-games-that-i-do-not-own Anything you may want here?
Starbound is the only thing that jumped out at me, and I would be willing to throw in a CS:GO key or two to get an even value. What would you need for it?
Wow, that's a long list. From just glancing over it, nothing really jumped out at me. Thank you for the offer anyhow.
Doorkickers is now buyable for $0.01 on humble. How many gems/cards do you want for it?
Did you buy it for that price then its 1 card, otherwise i have 500 gem and 120 card. Im new here you tell me a price
I don't understand. It doesn't matter when or for how much I bought it, all that matters is that I have the game. I would give you a copy of Door Kickers for the 500 gems and 120 cards you offered, if the cards are marketable.
Im new here and i was just asking, and im pretty sure the game doesnt worth much if you can buy a bunch here for the price of a card https://www.humblebundle.com/widget/v2/product/doorkickerswidget/T1CjiDKT3a
Then you should probably buy it from there then. I won't be able to sell my copy for that low.
What more do you expect for outlast:) and I just want it for myself, no reselling. Also I got Ruiner but I don't think you might be interested in Ruiner for outlast 2. Just really want to play that game :p
Also dr4 and outlast 2 and God Eater 2 for 4.5 keys?
What more do you expect for outlast:)
I haven't decided yet. All I know is that, for 1 key, I would rather redeem it myself.
As for the Ruiner offer, I already own it :)
As for the other key offer, that would be too low for me to accept.
I already got outlast 2 now, dr4-2 keys and God Eater 1 key my final offer. I know you're probably gonna reject this but do tell me if you change your mind, this is my price
