No. The standard for bulk sellers is 5 keys, and I'm not a bulk seller. Even on G2A, the cheapest version stays around $9 and change. I think given the situation surrounding this particular game, and especially now with the added bonus of shared VAC bans with CSGO gifts, I would only sell this for 6 keys. I do understand if you prefer not to make a trade for this however.

Generally speaking, I will find a price in the middle between the price I paid (typically the most common sale price) and the retail price. I think however with Mafia 2, the gap is too big, as the middle point would put that at about $19 or 8.5 keys. I think 5.5 keys would be more reasonable for that game, so 5.5 CSGO would be my asking price.
As far as Skyrim LE, the cheapest gift I've seen recently was $22 on G2A, and presently, there are only keys available on there. I think this is a game where my asking price will be higher than you might be able to find elsewhere here on SG. If you are interested, my asking price is 10 CSGO, but I also recognize that this presently will seem like too much though.
But yeah, as a rule, outside of removed games and CSGO, my price will be somewhere in the middle between what I paid and the retail price. I'll err on the side of being on the low end of center however.

keys are unverified but it only costs 1dollar more for protection where you'll get a new key if it doesn't work.

No offer in-particular. From scanning through your wishlist I couldn't really see any matches, but I try to keep my trade as organised and as hassle-free to look through as possible.

I will pass since my copy is a Steam gift. However, I will advise you that keys for this were on sale for less than $8 on a couple sites last week, so assuming they didnt sell out, there is a reasonable chance that will happen again over the Winter sale period. For the Steamgift I wouldnt drop my price, but for somebody who doesnt care about whether it's a gift or not, waiting for the next sale might be your best bet since retailers seem to be trying to clear their stock of the old keys.
