I just went through your list, and Middle-earthโข: Shadow of Mordorโข GOTY is the only game I have interest in. However, since this was on bundle for $1 2 years ago, its gameplay value and price has dropped a lot, compared to NBA. Therefore, I can only go with this option, if u are still interested:

Yes, you're right, its price on Summer Sale was like $4.5 but when u missed it, its value will back to the market price. As I said, it is still a gem with big gameplay value. Trading it for games usually should go higher because $ will have long-run value instead :)
