Not a scammer but not a friendly person!

I was trying to buy insurgency of him. He contacted me over in my trade, I added him we talked and he said the game was a humble key. It clearly said I wanted steam gifts no codes, in my trade. So I said I was not interested in keys, and he blocked me and -rep me. WHAT???

Would not recommend for any user ever!

Perhaps not really a Scammer but at least no good person....more or less my own fault
I had a few trade offers to accept open from different people, which I have all accepted.
A while later, I got from this person another offer for 2 of my Games in my inventory ...
.... for much less than they are worth ... i've checked my inventory and recognized that i miss a game
i checked my tradehistory ...as it turned out I accepted an offer from this person here....but
this was a buyoffer and not a selloffer as expected (I just buy Gifts and don't sell them)

If this person had not sent a second offer to try the same.
I would have believed that he just messed up BUY / Sell ...it happens to many people (like myself when I accepted his offer) But from here it was a scam attempt for me.

When I asked him if he was proud of it to trick me and that he should give back the game within an hour.

Came nothing more than "deal is deal" and a friends list's remove.

Had it really been just a misunderstanding, he simply accepted the offer and returned the game and everything would have been okay. or at least defend themselves against my accusation. But he did not...

so my advice, do not trade with that person !!

Using this rule I will now tell you how I felt while trying to trade and understand this user.

That is our chat. For those people who do not want to read the whole stuff here a quick summary:
Writes under my post to add him.
I add him and he can't speak english. (Look, I know not everyone has english as their first language, even I do not have it and I do not expect him to be a english professional, but when you write on a english trade to add someone and then you cant even communicate with them because you do not understand what they meant is really frustrating.)
Now to be fair tho, I added him 2 days AFTER he said add me.
Now here comes the part I am writing this negative rep for. On the rule it says that I should not post if I disagree with someones offer. On my trade I had a list which CLEARLY said that those are the prices and they are fix. But ok he made a bad offer I should just live with it. But what really made me almost rage while trying to communicate with this person was that I have said only list on the chat and even tho I said it he offered me games I did not want and when he offered me something I wanted like saints row he just skips it.

Now this was my personal trade expirience with this user so please do not avoid him just because of this -rep because I wrote this for informatiom purposes. This person DID NOT try to scam me and I am not saying that he could've been but know what you're up against.

This user does not know his pricing, trying to sell Dead island Epidemic and Natural Selection for 3 keys. It was very difficult to understand him, but he offered three keys for my items, which in reality totaled up to nearly 5 keys. I don't understand if i was just a huge mistake of calculations or just a lack of common sense. After converting for him euros to dollars, it showed clearly that his offer was not even close to the value of my items. His offer of only 6 euros was what he offered for items that totaled to 11+ worth in items. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRICES BEFORE OFFERING!
