I have an amazon cd-key for the game Wings of Prey Collector´s Edition, which includes the original game Wings of Prey + The Wings of Luftwafe DLC. here is the link:
the cd-key is not steam activable, its original DRM-FREE (as if you have bought a dvd version).
obviuosly you can play multiplayer, have access to all updates and etc, just wont be able to activate on steam
