Hey, I tried going the furthest I could through the purchase process without making an actual purchase, just to see if there would be an option to buy as a gift, but I saw none. I don't really want to take the risk to buy that pass and in the end get stuck with it, sorry. As for the prices, I probably would not have been able to do the regular pass for less than 6-6.5 keys and the Level 50 one for 14 keys, as the price of the TF2 key seems to be on a downfall.

Sorry but I can't do this, as key prices keep dropping (most of them anyway). To sell your items instantly I would need to put them on the market at the buy order prices and doing so, I don't even break even (in fact, I'm $4.02 short).
Same thing someone else told me actually and you're right I just noticed it. I might try to change the deal soon and adjust it to the current prices. Cheers :)
