Sniper Elite V2 was free for a day, but only to those who did not own it. There were no free giftable copies or keys. Sniper Elite 3 was never given out for free. The only thing that comes close to this were the AlienWare AMD Never Settle key giveaways. But that doesn't make it worth the same 30 cents Tropico 4 complete was.
If you're expecting to trade Tropico 4 Complete for anything more than the Ship, you're gonna be dissapointed. Anyone who approaches you with a Steam key for Sniper Elite V2 or III is more than likely trying to scam you. So watch out.
Same goes for your other gifts. Those aren't worth a thing either. Gun Monkeys spawns 1 free copy, so I assume that's where you got that from. The Origin key was obviously from the bundle, no one will give you a thing for that, probably not even another bundle game considering it's not a Steam key. And IIRC Hitman Sniper Challenge was free on multiple occasions.
