Yeah he is hiding behind a private profile. Not very trustworthy right there.
I was going to say I didn't see anything inherently fishy about the conversation or the offer (there have been numerous opportunities at relatively cheap XCOM keys from bundles that someone might be trading), but then I checked his profile URL Steamrep.com and the user is indeed a marked scammer.
Yeah it was actually quite obvious, most scammers target new traders since they use that to their advantage. Of course they hide behind a private profile and link trusted traders steamtrades profiles and insist that new traders go first.
