I'd prefer not to trade for cards right now, but in case you don't have anything else I'd value one ref as 4 cards and 7 ref as 1 key (= 28 cards per key). This depends on the cards though, some may be more, some may be less valuable (like Summer Getaway or TF2 cards that have a low value or foil/rare cards that have a high value).
In case the game is a key/link if your rep is higher than mine (and everything fine on Steamrep) I will go first, otherwise you will go first.
