Probably will have a copy. People put it off and put it off, then panic after the pre-purchase is over. The beta starts in July, just a couple of days, anyone with PD2 CC gets two invites. Interest will spike then, and a week after launch in august, PD2 CC will be worth more than list because of the items that will never be offered again.

Since Payday 2 does not launch till mid-August, and the beta starts around/ after mid july, chances of Payday 2 being on sale in July are zero, according to Overkill. That is pretty much in keeping SOP, some games offer pre-purchase discount, Payday 2 is offering exclusive items that will never again be sold after pre-purchase is done.
If its the old one, the one that was part of the Humble Bundle, I have it, played it, and hated it. It made me angry, it was more animated comic book than game. Thank you for the offer, but I will have to decline. Sorry for my rant.

Payday 2 is $30 and has never been on sale. The Mechromance DLC is $10 and has been on sale for $3.50 or less. I passed on the sale price because I thought it was over priced even at $3.
