However, I am aware of this and it is no mistake. The reason why it is written precisely like that is because of PayPal claim-backs. It's to guarantee that the buyer understand and accept that he/she will not claim back the payment after he/she have received the game. That's why the buyer will have to write that he/she already have received the game in advance.

In PayPal: All of the listed games are charged as -60% off the price, based on the (US) region's steam store currency, feel free to take a look there what they cost individually and to calculate the total amount. Buying 2 at once will give you another 5% off the afterprice on the first trade, buying 5 at once will give you 10% off the afterprice on the first trade and this offer last for all future PayPal purchases. You can ofcourse get the same discount by buying them indvidually over time, but you won't get the discount on the first trades then.
In TF2 Keys: I charge 1 TF2 Key per 4.99$ of the game cost, based on the (US) region's steam store currency - The number of TF2 Keys is based on the total calculated amount of the trade (expect if doing individual trades).
