This guy tried to trade game Galactic Arms Race (you can this in his closed topic's name), which he won at steamgifts (in this thread), I just gave him an advice, that he can get ban for this trade. And he gave me bad rep for this advice.
I was falsely given a negative rep from this user . I accepted an offer from him on this thread based on the understanding I would be getting 2 games. When I discovered this was not the case, I declined but made a counter offer which he declined rudely, so I left it at that and deleted him. I did not constantly change my mind as he seems to suggest, nor did I demand anything. He also conducted this trade from a different account, one that upon further inspection is suspended from this site.

why he gave me negative rep, he ignored my invite. He has several well-known scammers in his friendlist.

It was the second offer. Am I free to negrep Mr mordred93? I'd like to tell him about it, but I don't want to do anything illegal myself. The reason I am asking is that he didn't really advertise his offers, he just took one I was receiving.
I'm not sure if you can give rep for that, it's not clear. Rules say you can only give rep for trading, but one of moderators also gave rep for bad behavior. I saw people giving reps for hijacking their threads, but if that guy reports you, you might get into trouble. And support currently doesn't visit this site, so you can't ask them.
IMO if he took your deal, that you would make on 100%, you could give rep, but I see in your thread, that you didn't agree on anything yet, so there's no real reason for it. That's my opinion.

Aren't you all fed up with sights like this becoming more and more common? So am I. Therefore, this is a warning. Do not open or leave open more than two trading threads at once, especially for the same thing. Do not "invisibly" bump your thread every two minutes. I have begun suspending and I am not giving you just a light slap on the wrist for this amount of spam. Now, I'm more of an SG mod, I'm not good with STrades, so, please, feel free to point me towards anyone who needs it, preferably with evidence. Might as well use this thread for it. This is going to stop.
Update: This problem should never have been allowed to get to this point (and I likely would have been okay with it if the bumps were at least staggered rather than bumping six threads at once), so I'm probably going to seem overly harsh to some of you, cracking down on everything severely. Now that this is stickied, I'll give everyone a grace period of twenty-four hours (until 7:30 PM UTC, 7th) to reorganise their threads and close down any duplicates. After that, I will begin to suspend without warning.
Edit: Time's up. Suspensions begin now.
Update 2: After a talk with Yatterman, two trading threads is now acceptable, as long as they are not identical.
Update 3: Just found a nifty bug(?) on the site that'll let me close the offending threads without officially having any powers on Strades. Feel free to link the threads in future and I'll close them too.
Update 4: As some may already know, my activity will drop massively as of right now. I'll still be dealing with SteamTrades stuff whenever I can, but expect me to be a little slow on it.
