I think it would be UPLAY, like the normal Far Cry 3 which came with AMD coupons. Though it's a small sized game afaik, so should not be a big issue. The steam version also needs Uplay to play the game (not the activation though).
You can use the 2$/TF2 key to do a conversion :). Though i would really prefer TF2 keys over steam wallet.

Ha i have done the same thing. Easier (and cheaper if you buy keys from the link i gave you) to get games that you need. The guys over there are pretty trustworthy from what i see, and take Paypal as well. Look into it (@1.6$ per key, the above combo comes to you for < 21USD.)

No. It is a EMEA / EU code. But you can use a VPN/proxy to activate it in your account. Once it is activated, play is not region restricted. I can guide you if you want.

Yes, the Key activates the following version of DmC in steam - "DmC Devil May Cry Retail" which i believe is the Worldwide version of the game.

I did help another member from Australia by redeeming the game code for him myself into his account. Or you can just VPN it during the redemption phase. The actual activation or playing of the game does not have any regional restrictions after that.

You can always trade the FCBD key ahead (Since with the pack, you get the keys in your email, and only you see the game codes, i don't). Easily goes for 1 key. So you save even further :)
