I reported him through SteamGifts.com ...is there a better way?
Since he didn't trade or do anything to me on Steam, I can't have my friend at Steam trade ban him and threaten to disable his account. I don't know the Admins on this site, but I'm sure these cases will all be crystal clear since he's doing it to everyone.
If he gets enough complaints, action should be taken. This guy is blatantly abusing the rep system. As for Steam, you can report him if he scammed you regardless of it's a CD key trade or not.
Steam does not support bundle link trades, so I don't think it'd be much use. I can always try though, thanks for idea!
Wrong. Steam bans people for scamming regardless of cd keys or whatnots although you won't get your game back, of course.
Still, it's good to watch this scum get trade banned.
Well... I reported him to Steam anyway... just saying I've heard they can be pretty lax about key/link trades. Luckily SteamTrades has rep and a ban system of their own too.
Thanks for link! I made a report to have the false revenge rep removed from my profile, but didn't think to report the users actual scamming! I've done so now.
Have they responded to yours yet? I still have nothing. I hope this guy just comes back and deletes all the negative feedback he's left. I'm extremely disappointed that the SteamTrades Admins have not dealt with this yet.
They haven't responded yet, but I'm sure they will. They just take a long time.

Scammer is claiming in the SteamRep thread that he didn't know the unpacking was just for one copy and that he had to return the other three. Even after posting in the guys thread where it specified that. Golden.
EDIT: LOL Now he's claiming he didn't know because he never opened a 4-pack before... except if you go on his profile there's a rep from WEEKS BEFORE directly stating he opened a 4-pack. Hilarious.
Be careful if you post in this thread! The scammer, in direct violation of Steam Trades rules, is giving people negative rep for posting here! He obviously thinks he is above all rules.
Maybe he's some form of narcissist or possesses some other medically recognized personality disorder? I personally doubt that and think he's just a giant douche, but I'm not a I'm expert on mental disorders so I could be wrong.
