As far as I know it is the Collectors Bundle. (It should include Junta, Quick-Dry-Cement, Plantador, Megalopolis, Modern Times, Pirate Heaven & Vigilante DLCs + the Base Game.)

Regarding my Steam Profile: I just started trading a month or two ago here on ST. I ask everyone I've traded with to add a comment to my Steam Profile, but no one actually has! I always add it in both places, myself... Would be nice if they reciprocated but I've met some great folks here at ST, so I didn't want to pester them. I usually just hope the age and size of my steam account helps calm any worries folks might have.
