Key exchange as in TF2/CS:GO or Key as in game key? :) Since you're talking about how you've done trades in /r/indiegameswap I assume the TF2 keys.
You either buy/trade/whatever to get a TF2/CS:GO key, and depending on rep is usually who goes first. Since I have a bit rep even though I'm dealing in game code keys, you'd go first and gift/trade me a TF2/CS:GO key (Keys go from around $1.90->$3 depending).
Once I get the key and accept it, I'd send you a humblebundle link/game keycode link and you redeem it on Steam and that's how it works :) Just let me know if you need to know anything else or if I got this wrong haha

Eh, not really, as I'll still only get ~$1.25 at best with multiple cards due to Steams cut, even at $1.60 worth of cards, so it'd probably have to be around $2 worth of cards. If you have like a capsule key and a sack of gems I'll do it straight away though, or a foil that will give me $1.50 once I sell it and Steams cut gets taken out. :)

If I usually take cards, they'll only be in full sets as otherwise they're generally too hard to sell, if I take pure random cards it'll usually require quite a bit of overpay due to fees and etc :)
