it means 1 refined metal and 2 reclaimed metal
(since 3 reclaimed metal are equal to 1 refined, so 0.33 ref is 1 reclaimed metal, 0.66 are 2 reclaimed metal, and 1 = 3 reclaimed metal = 1 Refined)
