He scammed me too today, wanted my multiwinia+demigod for dungeon def, I gave him multiwinia and he said not working, removed me and blocked me, than I saw multiwinia in his library.
No I wanted but I've accidently closed the steam chat window, so I dont have the proof. :(
he can only be marked as scammer in steamprep not an steam ban account, because u made those deals outside of steam trading system , maybe your bad experiences can help other people, thats all.

I already reported that a-hole on Steamrep, but don't expect it to get accepted (cd key trade nature mean it's hard to verify stuff)

I believe I may have just had a run in with a Timmy alt. Or a Timmy friend, at least.
Guy has a couple (<10) friends (including Timmy) and a couple games. Not a busy account. He randomly added me on Steam, and opened with the standard scammer speech. Can't be positive, but yeah. The only place I even mention "Steam keys" is here on Steamtrades and my threads here all ask people to comment here first so I can identify them. Seriously, who opens up a conversation with "hey can we trade keys?"

I can confirm that yesterday this steam user named Timmy tried to scam me. Because i have not traded much i was extremely cautious and asked a lot of questions, and that led to him got caught in his own lies. I can explain the whole story but it will result in a wall of text. Anyway it was close but in the end he was not smart enough.
The similar portion is: (1) he contacted me right after my post on steamtrades and (2)his offer was very good but not what i wanted, and latter when i told him what i was looking for he suddenly was able to find it from his brother. But probably its common for most scammers to try fast to learn what you want.
There were other suspicious things but the "final nail in the coffin" was when he said that the key for sure is 100% all right 'cos HE PERSONALLY bought it just few days ago.
If you think it's his alt, report him on Steamrep...
If he tried to scam you, also report it to Steamrep...fail or not, just report it...
tried to scam me today but luckily a search yielded this topic :) he is steam trade banned so he can't even give inventory games if he wants. he will try to get you to go first, or even send him a link to your HiB (which he could follow to redeem your key unless it is claimed to your acct.)
He is a well-known scammer. Hope he won't scam more of the other people. Thanks for the new information so.
