What can I tell you? I searched it up, took the app number of the game in the russian store, and put it into Steamdb. It comes out with no other packages which makes me believe it's ROW though I could be wrong.
If you have some other new-fangled steam database where it tells you it's restricted, please show me so I can get a better understanding of the stores...I'm serious.
And I don't think the Tag would mean much. Like right now in RU steam store, Borderlands 2 doesn't have the tag and it says "This can only be played in..." but COD Ghost doesn't have any noticable restrictions but has the RU. I think it's just that the language of the game will be in Russian when it is released. :S lolz
yeah i saw Steamdb too, and comparing CoD ghost to Saints 4RU on description says Purchases made in Russia and CIS countries will only be playable in Russia and CIS countries. so i think CoD isnt Region locked.. anyway if you sell 1 tell me if it is Row... ill do the same. Thanks for you time
