Beileid, Homer ist jetzt auf ignore
"chance that I can get my Spec Ops gift back?" nein, Steam sagt eigenverschulden
first, you need a screenshot of the chat, not a txt log.
second, you need full steam link, not a custom id, he could have changed it by now. go to steamrep.com and search the link you have, then report it there. at least prevent others from getting scammed.
here's the format you have to use: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/howto-report-a-scammer-look-at-acceptable-format-before-posting.51/
He offered me this nvidia key too. His profile ----> http://steamcommunity.com/id/dcninja123/
i got scammed as well yester day but from a diffrent guy: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198089699015/
just to let u know.. he offered me game keys for my cs:complete. his keys didn't work. I already opened a report on steam reps i hope he gets banned to =D
hehe I knew it was fishy - guy offered me blacklist for my copy of spec ops but would not go first with no feedback, of course got rejected.
And sorry you got scammed, but besides leaving note on sites like steamrep for people to avoid him in the future there is virtually zero chance of getting your spec ops back dude...
Already did that:

I'm sorry you got scammed. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do with any trades done outside of Steam's Terms of Services, if you obtained an "nVidia Redeemable Game Key". Steam may not return your lost game to your Steam account. You may want to file a support ticket to Steam about the incident with the other party though so it is on record.
Please understand that dealing with Game Redeemable Key Codes you do not buy yourself NEW from retailers; Amazon, Gamestop, etc., puts you at risk that can not be helped by Valve. One problem is Key Generated Key Codes that may seem legitimate and work on Steam for a period of time, but then when it is exposed, the game will be removed from the owners account. It could be a few days or even weeks. Another problem is that it may also appear as if you are deliberately using Key Generated Game Redeemable Key Codes which can cause your Steam account to be put at risk of being closed. Once that happens there really is no way to get it back.
Dealing directly through the Steam Trade System is the safest option to avoid being scammed or putting your account at risk.
Please refer to the following Steam Trading Policy support link for more information:

Good luck.
i find it crazy that someone with so many games would be so stupid to scam on his own account.
i tradet today with him then his steamrep was ok and i have not a Problem but it was gift against gift so sorry to hear that
he put private their comentaries... + he put to trade , say give you the key, i give you and he cancel the trade... he dont answer after this...
result: he have my key and i dont have nothing...
then open please also a Steamrep report then i would not have trade with him when he would be negative there
Are you sure it wasnt an impersonator ? The guy has a lot of games, and you can comment on his profile. Did he add you or did you add him ?
Wow this guy is a scammer and he is dumb for adding his main account. His steamtrades has 2pos/4neg and even his legi steamprofile is linked to that.
Theres a new scammer in Steamtrades:

He offered me Splinter Cell Blacklist (NVIDIA code) for Spec Ops: The Line.
