Yes, it is a steam key but I have no problems keeping it as a key. Mass Effect Collection was being traded for 3~3.5 TF2 Keys which is not close to what I am looking for, so I will have to refuse. Games I intend to use (such as mass effect and any of the ones on my wishlist) are good for me as a steam key too by the way.
