I generally keep my gift inventory private so that I don't have to deal with trade offers for stuff that isn't for trade. :) I still have The Bridge and everything else listed above, I usually update it after any trade.
I usually value cards by the price I'm likely to be able to sell them for rather than the listed buying price - for example, the last average selling price for those cards listed at 77 cents was 46 cents - but that trade sounds fair to me.

I'm not sure what to value SMRPG at right now and I'm considering keeping it for a friend, but I would do King Arthur's Gold for about 4 ref (1 ref + 3x 99 levels to hell cards + any other 6 cards).

I'm primarily interested in TF2/Dota 2/CS:GO keys and TF2 metal. I'll consider offers in cards, CS:GO items and TF2 items, but I'm only interested in those items for market/trading value and due to the hassle of selling those things I'd expect some kind of overpay. You'll get a better deal trading pure keys/metal. If you are offering cards, don't offer just a quantity like '5 cards' - this is meaningless because cards have different values.
I already have most bundles and I'm not interested in keys for any games I already have (unless otherwise mentioned), but I may consider gifts for games I already have if the price is reasonable, bearing in mind I would probably be trading them or giving them away.
Please do not add me unless we have agreed to a deal/discussion - I'm happy to work out the finer details of a trade at a suitable time, but I'm often busy and don't have time to go through your entire inventory trying to find something I can actually use.
