The rep does not make people . I have less rep than you i'm bad guy? and have to be countered -rep from you and friend wihout any words or proofs . So everybody who have a good rep always do the same like you and your friends?
Saying that you canceled the payment is pure bs. Nothing is that simple, if you paid with paypal it would have taken 1 - 2 weeks for you to get your money back. However, if an unauthorized payment was made, a refund would be issued immediately, and the gift would be removed soon after.
At least report him and his friends for giving fake negative reps, that's so childish.

Don't know who's right or liar in this situation, but I've got a dialog with ky0shjr0 about trading, and he seems not a scammer at all.
Reputation is not a place where you can mess without a proper arguments and if so without fair penalties for this. Everyone should follow community rules, this is the whole steamtrades and steamrep idea. Reputation shouldn't be rised or lowered randomly. Persons who are doing such manipulations are threat to every honest member of our community. IMHO.

If this is right, then NirWantGames is likely using stolen credit cards to purchase the bundles (which is practically a scam in it of itself) hence the gift url becoming invalid. If it's the other way around then I apologize, but it's really hard to understand ky0shjr0's english.
No, if it got claimed it would say "Gift Already Used", not "Unknown Gift". Unknown Gift means that it was revoked/deleted. Why? Because it was likely illegally purchased.

I entered his gift link and the reason is "Unknown Gift" before i told him .I lost because he canceled first . The word he said is not reasonable

why do you say he "lost the keys"? the chatlogs are pretty clear about that. he told you that the link doesn't work anymore. not that he lost the key. that's a big difference. and that really tells us all that you didn't cancel the payment after he complained. you canceled it before. except there can be another reason why the link magically broke without canceled payment.
and i have another question: how can you sell humble url's for 2 keys (=3.60$)? there is no happy hour or something for humble bundle. so why exactly does it make sense for you to sell for 2 keys? is there some trick i don't know? or is selling a 6$-bundle for 3.60$ a little fishy...

Most likely credit card fraud. He gets it, sells the keys, and then its detected and canceled but the keys have already been used by the buyer, supposedly. Shady as fuck, and needs to be banned and arrested for illegal activity if it's true.

He is most obviously carding and trying to cover his ass, (by the way if you're reading this, you're doing a bad job). What you're basically saying that you cancelled the payment to humble bundle, because the gift went missing, and the reason it went missing is because you cancelled it. That's some pretty fucked up logic right there. And by the way, it would take you weeks, as I stated above to dispute the payment, unless you filed for an unauthorized payment, i.e "I never bought this, someone hacked me and made me buy this!". But it probably wasn't you filing the unauthorized payment, it was likely someone else.
You are a thief, you're looking to make a profit off stolen credit cards that you purchased online, (either with btc, or got them from someone you know), and now you're getting caught red handed.
This is a very complicated situation. First we have NirWantGames, who has +rep from friends who gave +rep to each other, and most of them are from the same country, so you could say they are friends IRL. Even some of them are offering Humble Bundles BTA for 2 TF2 too. These friends gave -rep to ky0shjr0 maybe because NirWantGames asked to, which is against the rules. But by doing this, made a lot easier to find out who is he working with.
Then is the issue with Bundles, how a group of friends can sell a $6 bundle for $4? I might have an idea because this happened to me. I bought a bundle directly from Humblebundle.com and got my gift URL by mail. Weeks later I gave it to a friend and he was able to redeem the key on Steam but the bundle is missing from his profile. So, I decide to check my bank account and found that they charged me like $0.23 only, and got the same amount back days later. I don't think they are using stolen credit card, they are just purchasing the bundles without actually completing the process.
But there is one last problem, why the other traders aren't complaining yet? He has +80 rep between friends and other traders, I don't think they are okay if the same thing happened to them. Maybe we need to wait a little longer to find out. It's sad to scam with money intented to support charity and developers.

Our words is not enough , we need an activity . we're right and nothing to be afraid , i do not want anybody get in this trouble like me . I understand this is frustrating but try not to bombard eachother with negative rep and especially don't involve others in this. It could just backfire in a way that everyone feels screwed. My advice is to have some patience and see what the people of support over at steamrep can do for ya.
