How many TF2 keys for Dead or Alive 5 and GTA 5. Also do games act like ROW once activated through VPN?
Dead or Alive 5 Last Round = 5 TF2 keys and 2 ToDs
GTA V = 18 TF2 keys and 3 refs
I purchased this games in past and was ROW after activation. If Steam didn't changed something this last days, it should be still like it was.

Yes, sadly, you said it correct. Since few weeks ago even after activation games are still locked for playing. Since middle of december until few weeks ago some people used vpn to activate games, but now vpn would be needed to play games also. Also vpn is not kinda legal option, anyway.
yeah, there use to be a time when trading cross country was a thing and it helped those who didnt have money make money and those who wanted games to get them cheap but i heard that they might lift this restriction soon

All games which I can buy on demand are RU/CIS region locked. Wrote that up clear.
Not accepting anymore Dota 2 keys, sorry. Their price started fall down rapidly last days. Can get you KF2 for 10 TF2 keys, but have on mind that games from Russian store are RU/CIS locked (as I wrote up). You can easily find ROW version for 11 TF2 keys (or 10 CS:GO) from EU store traders.

It's completely region locked (wrote that with big & bold letters up). Even after activation it is still RU/CIS region locked (it's like that last few months). You would need VPN ON always while you playing that game.

I really don't have information if keys bought in game are immediately tradable or not, sorry. If you live in Spain, I can gift you this game + DLCs, but you can't play it without constantly VPN connection (which is almost impossible and by my opinion it sucks).
