While I am very interested in getting Electronic Super Joy at some point, it's not worth quite the same as Spec Ops is. Maybe if you could add something else, or find something else you have an interest in?
Okay...let me give you a little insight into where I'm getting the value difference. I estimate there's about a key worth of value difference between ESJ (which is roughly 1 key) and Spec Ops (which I value at 2 keys, though that is more what it will be in a week than what it is now).

Assuming it's a gift copy and given that that was 6 months ago, that's up to roughly 1.5 keys. If that was it, I would probably take the trade. Unfortunately, it's not. It's also been bundled 2 times in the lowest tier, plus a recent higher cost bundle. That automatically lowers the value of a game. There's why I value it at 1 key. Now on to Spec Ops!

We're ignoring the 0$ 0% off one, because I think that's a glitch? I dunno. Anyways, that is above 2 keys value, so we can safely ignore the steam store price for now. Which leads us to the bundle section. It's been bundled, and I'm honestly hesitant to say this, twice. Once in a real bundle, and once in a Get Loaded bundle. Get Loaded bundles do "Pick 3 games for 22€, 4 games for 26€ or 5 games for 28€." At the highest price, that's 37.61 US Dollars for 5 games. 37/5 is higher than 6, so once again we're gonna ignore something. Which leaves us with one bundle, and it was in the BTA section of the bundle. BTA games are inherently higher value, and this BTA averaged out to about 2$ per game. Since the bundle is over now, that spikes the value a bit, so we're at 3-ish now. Once everyone who's willing to quicksell the game has done so, the value will go even higher. That higher is where I'm getting my recommended price point of 2 keys.
I hope you have enjoyed this little view into how I do valuation.
TL;DR: add a key, a game worth a key, or another game that I actually want. Any other offers will heavily likely be declined.
