The button next to the topic that says "Open" is a drop down tab menu with "Bump" option xD

Summed up: someone got pissed that it took me a few hours to give him payment (which he agreed was ok) so he thought it'd be cool to say I scammed him.. which I have proof I didn't. Then got 2 of his friends to lie and fake rep me. (I've reported all 3 of them and gave proof of my innocence.)
