but i wanted to know, the games that have "not owned" does it mean you want them or that they are out of stock?
Spelunky for instance. if i send it your way i get 5 keys or if i send you 5 keys you will then buy the game first so you can send it to me?

"Not Owned" means I have a gift copy in my inventory but the game is not added to my library
For these games, I own gift copies and will trade them for the listed amount of keys (or card equivalent). They're priced a little higher than I would otherwise sell gift copies of that game, mainly because I don't yet own them.

It would really depend on what the sets were. Foils are not really of interest to me (I'd just market them), and this offer is lower than my already-generous prices above.
